Electrical Mechanical Assemblers
Job description
Use tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment effectively
Read blueprints and verify the parts required prior to assembly
Assemble components, subsystems, power converters, and cabinets accurately according to approved specifications and procedures
Double-check wires, cables, and connections to ensure they match and report to management any discrepancies
Inform management of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem
Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste
Perform quality assurance
Coordinate the receiving of goods and move materials as necessary to support production
Maintain and service equipment
Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
Perform Lean production according to Toyota Production System (TPS) and KanBan process
Qualification
A high school diploma and experience in electronic soldering, assembly, and testing, or related technical background. Ability to read work orders, follows production drawings, written/verbal instructions, and sample assemblies. Electronic instruments and mechanical hand tools experience. reliant, and honest.
General
US citizenship or green card required.
Avid self-learner, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Ability to efficiently and effectively manage time and complete tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, motivated, self-reliant, and honest.
